The Herring House, the gallery where the exhibition is held, is on the beach at Biddista. When a mysterious Englishman bursts into tears & claims not to know who he is or where he's come from the evening ends in farce. Perez finds himself investigating a small Biddista community when another body is found. He must break the cycle before another killing occurs. But this is a crazy time of year when night blurs into day and nothing is quite as it seems...
