Amazing book depicting the the life story of both Massimo Bottura and the stories that helped influence the creativity of each of the courses that Chef Bottura has made. He also teaches the reader about history, the ways of life in Italy and how art helped influence him and changed the way he thinks as both a person and a chef. I totally recommend this book to anyone that wants to get into Culinary or those that love food.

Note: I suggested the library to order this book and I am the first to take it out of the library :) No bragging though fam
