"Delfon" dismissed this book as "fairly light fare". Oh? I guess someone should tell Harvard they hired a fool then. There's not much published but, so far this is the best. Not very well-written [he's a scientist; end of story!] but exhaustive. 2nd edition, so most people evidentally like 'wasted effort'. One groan: NO INDEX! Arg arg arg! Overall, two big thumbs up.

Fairly light fare. Looking at the author and guessing his wisdom, ensures one its a wasted effort.
