I have to admit, this was difficult to read. The author had the right idea, but the details in the story were just not quite there. The emotional changes that the main character goes through was too abrupt, and often unfounded. It was hard to relate to the character. The element of teenage life was extremely cliched. The ending was done nicely, and I was pleasantly surprised by that. But the other part at the end [hint, think romance] kind of ruined the effect.
