This is a welcome addendum to the books on the study of children manifesting knowledge of past lives written by Ian Stevenson, the subject of this work. Stevenson's writing is scientifically rigorous and not engaging. The author of Old Souls, Tom Shroder, gives some life to the case studies, but doesn't build to anything. Curious, but also not engaging.
